1. Complete the Return Request Form: To initiate a return, kindly fill out our return request form below, accurate and complete information will help expedite the process.
2. Confirmation Email: Once your return request form is submitted, our warehouse team will review the details. You will receive a confirmation email indicating the acceptance of your request and further instructions.
3. Packing Guidelines: Prepare the item for return by ensuring it is in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Be aware that certain goods may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on their condition and type.
4. Arrange Return Shipping: Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange your own shipping to our facility. Please note that we only accept return shipping methods that provide delivery to our facility.
5. Store Credit Refund: After we receive and verify the returned item's condition, we will process a refund in the form of store credit. This credit can be utilized for future purchases.
