Get ready to experience the difference with RJWC Powersport APX - as far as we know, the most technologically advanced ATV and UTV exhaust available on the market today."

Mud Edition

The most hardcore exhaust we make

Get ready for the ultimate, alpha predator of ATV exhausts with this top-tier system. No expense has been spared to bring you the highest quality, bolt-on muffler and exhaust system made specifically to fit stock vehicles. With its loud, obnoxious yet super rugged stainless steel construction, this exhaust is built to last.

Built with aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum and mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, all TIG welded with filler rod, this exhaust is designed for performance and durability. The parts are precision CNC milled and hard anodized, with A2 or A4 stainless screws and yellow zinc-plated bolts and nuts. Every exhaust includes a spark arrestor for added safety.

For optimal performance, we recommend using a fuel tuner or EFI tune with our exhaust system to prevent engine damage from lean air-fuel mixtures. However, any engine-related issues resulting from incorrect tuning or aftermarket modifications are not covered under warranty.

In some cases, additional tuning or a turndown pipe may be necessary to ensure a seamless integration with your machine. Unleash the power of your ATV with the ultimate, loud, obnoxious, yet super rugged stainless steel exhaust system.

Krossflow

A bit more trail-friendly - Still awesome

Krossflow exhaust - a more trail-friendly alternative to our Mud Edition. With the same rugged construction, precision CNC milled aircraft-grade aluminum, and mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, this exhaust delivers top-tier performance with less noise.

The Krossflow exhaust includes a spark arrestor for added safety and is designed for easy bolt-on installation with stock vehicles. While we still recommend using a fuel tuner or EFI tune for optimal performance, the Krossflow provides a more manageable, trail-friendly option for those seeking a less obnoxious exhaust note.

In some cases, additional tuning or a turndown pipe may be necessary to ensure a seamless integration with your machine. Don't sacrifice performance for comfort, experience the best of both worlds with the Krossflow exhaust.

Make no mistake, this is by no means a quiet exhaust. RJWC don't do quiet.

Difference between dual and single

When it comes to ATV exhausts, the choice between dual and single muffler construction can be a matter of personal preference. Dual muffler construction is known for its improved flow and reduced sound, making it a popular choice for riders seeking a more balanced performance. With two mufflers working in unison, the exhaust gases are evenly distributed, reducing backpressure and increasing horsepower.

On the other hand, single muffler construction is favored by riders who prioritize a more aggressive sound and lighter weight. With only one muffler, the exhaust gases are expelled with more force, producing a nastier, more aggressive exhaust note. Single muffler construction also has the advantage of being lighter and easier to install, making it a popular choice for those seeking a simpler, less complex system.

Ultimately, the choice between dual and single muffler construction comes down to what you're looking for in an ATV exhaust. Whether you're looking for improved performance and reduced sound or a more aggressive, lightweight system, there's an option to meet your needs.
